I offer free 40–60-minute talks delivering simple, practical and effective tools to help enhance mental health and wellbeing.  I explore a “Five Foundations of Wellbeing” model, which introduces fundamental aspects of our lives which we can all influence to a greater or lesser extent.  The five foundations are Breathing, Mental Flexibility & Resilience, Physical Strength, Nutrition, and Sleep.  I invite investigation into why these are so important and how we can make small, simple and powerful adjustments to our current behaviours to deliver meaningful results in the quality of our felt experience, which will help us personally, professionally and also with our wider key relationships.
